The Ruffian Foundation in a 501 (c) non-profit that provides sanctuary for displaced feral cats. We currently house over 250 cats. All are spayed, neutered, and vaccinated. They are cared for and receieve medical care for life. There are many feral cats that are in danger where they live. The sanctuary is a safe forever home.
