Pibbles & More Animal Rescue (PMAR) is a volunteer-run, foster-based 501(c)(3) organization based in Binghamton, NY, dedicated to saving the lives of animals in need—especially pit bulls. Founded on the belief that no animal should die unwanted, our mission is to reduce pet overpopulation through spay/neuter initiatives, rescue efforts, and public education.
We focus on pulling dogs and cats from high-kill shelters and unsafe situations, providing them with medical care, and placing them in loving foster homes until they find their forever families. We are passionate about promoting responsible pet ownership and always advocate for adoption over purchasing. Through outreach and compassion, we work to ensure every animal has the chance to be safe, healthy, and loved.
