Hive Huddersfield CIC is a vibrant community hub and cafe based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. Serving affordable food and drinks 6 days a week. Hive supports individuals and organisations throughout Kirklees in providing a safe and supportive space.
Our three key projects are
A) Employability skills training for adults with additional needs, delivering 500 hours of support in the past 12 months.
B) Providing a safe and inclusive space for our LGBTQ+ youth and adult community by way of a weekly youth group (ages 13-17) plus a monthly social meet up for adults (aged 18+)
C) Wellbeing Wednesday, supporting adults by way of peer support, drop in access to community information, free refreshments, wellbeing activities and crafting.
