MISSION: The Red Wolf Coalition advocates for the survival of red wolf populations by teaching about the red wolf and by fostering public involvement in red wolf conservation. 

Our promise to the red wolf is that we will work to ensure that this iconic species thrives in portions of its historical range in the Southeast. We are counting on you to help us fulfill that promise.

Why is the red wolf important? The red wolf is special. This unique species evolved in America and was the Southeast's top predator for thousands of years before settlers from Europe arrived on the continent.

The Red Wolf Coalition is the only conservation organization whose mission focuses exclusively on restoring red wolves in the Southeast and on engaging the public in active stewardship of these critically endangered animals.
