About us
This Foundation aims to assist in the creation of a stem cell therapy for people with type1 diabetes, that can be delivered without the need for anti-rejection drugs. Successful implementation of this strategy will allow the 118,000 Australians with type 1 diabetes to cease the need for insulin administration. This will be a major benefit to the health of these individuals, and prevent blindness and kidney failure
