Our core purpose is to reconnect the most disengaged young people as empowered valued participators and contributors to society. This is achieved through: - Street based engagement of vulnerable at risk young people who have become disconnected from their families, schools and other community support networks. - Case management and casework work support - Establishing pathways to supports, education and employment to enable the healthy re-engagement of these vulnerable young people to become content productive members of society - Building strong supportive connected communities with effective capacity to support the healthy growth and development of youth
