The Australian Himalayan Foundation's mission is to improve the quality of life of people in remote areas of Nepal, Bhutan and the Indian Himalaya. We work with local partners and communities to help make integrated improvements in education, health and the environment. Our focus is on getting kids into school when their family circumstances prevent them from having the funds, training teachers so that education is inclusive and child-focused, and giving health workers the training and resources they need to save lives.
