About us
The Australian Thyroid Foundation is the Australia wide thyroid patient support and education organisation. The ATF is a member-based organisation which provides one-on-one support, advocacy and information to members. The ATF also raises awareness about the benefits of good thyroid health and the consequences of iodine deficiency throughout Australia.
The ATF Medical Advisory Team are world leaders in all aspects of thyroid disease and support the organisation with quality education for members. The ATF Board are all volunteer members of the ATF and are passionate about the ATF and the work of the organisation.
2020 is the 25th Anniversary of the ATF, which a wonderful milestone to reach. The ATF is an essential service for thyroid patients. As the ATF does not receive any government funding or assistance, donations are replied on to continue and provide future services.
