Help Give Puppies a Second Chance

At Auckland Puppy Rescue, we are committed to breaking the cycle of unwanted, neglected and abandoned puppies through education, de-sexing and rehoming. But at the heart of what we do is something simple, giving vulnerable puppies the chance to live safe, healthy and loved lives.

Every day, we see the reality of what happens when animals are left without care. Recently, two young brothers, Wilbur and Orville, were found dumped and hiding in a carport. They were incredibly unwell, suffering from severe skin disease, infections and malnutrition.

With urgent veterinary care, the support of our dedicated foster families, and weeks of treatment, both puppies are now on the road to recovery. Orville is already moving towards adoption, while Wilbur continues his journey, still needing ongoing care.

Sadly, stories like theirs are not rare. There are always more puppies needing help than there are resources available.

For nearly 12 years, Auckland Puppy Rescue has been there for puppies with nowhere else to go, every rescue, every treatment, and every second chance is made possible by people like you.
