Our mission is to bring about a time when there are no more homeless pets in Pearl River County.  We envision a day when every pet has a home, and every pet owner has the resources that they need to keep and care for their companion animals.  We currently have programs in place to reduce intake and increase live outcomes.  We have a pet food pantry that helps people in our community retain their pets.  We offer resources with information to help pet owners work through behavior issues.  We have recently increased our offsite adoptions from Saturdays to several days a week.  We build community programs and partnerships in our area of influence to provide offsite adoptions and work with other shelters across the nation to move our pets into areas where there are not enough pets to meet the demand, We have recently increased our offsite adoptions from Saturdays to several days a week in an attempt to increase adoptions.  We also have a Thrift store that generates additional income for the animals in our care.  Any grant funds received would be much appreciated and used for help towards these programs.  Thank you for your consideration.
