We are Christ-Centered Poverty Recovery.

The Shelter, Inc. is a non-profit ministry dedicated to helping the homeless and low-income individuals recover from poverty while showing them how to live Christ-centered lives.

 Our mission is to minister to the needs of men, women, and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. We provide shelter, food, life skills preparation, and job readiness skills, equipping each resident with the necessary tools to live fulfilling lives. 

As a Christ-centered ministry, we desire to point people toward a powerful encounter with God. We pray that each person will allow Him to transform their life during their season with us. We hope God will reveal His specific direction and purpose for their lives. We want to be known as a ministry that loves our neighbors as ourselves (Mark 12:30-31).
