Bastrop Cats is an all-volunteer organization to help outdoor community cats and their caretakers.  We facilitate a Trap, Neuter and Return program (TNR) as a humane method of community cat management. We also provide medical care for injured and sick community cats and strive to find foster homes and forever homes for kittens found outside in the course of trapping colony cats.  We have sterilized over 6,000 cats in our community over the last 6 years.
