NTCR is the only no cage, no-kill facility in the Toronto area for 35 years. We have rescued approximately 4,000 cats/kittens from the outside – abandoned, discarded, sick and afraid and given them back a life! They are spayed/neutered/vaccinated and treated for their injuries and then put up for adoption. We have never received any government support to help these suffering souls. A few months ago we purchased a small shelter in order to continue this work but it is small and we require funding to add a small addition quickly to help so many more before the bitter cold of winter causes even more suffering.
