Misfit Farms Rescue & Sanctuary is a 501(c)3 rescue based in Claiborne Parish in north central Louisiana, where we have no shelter or animal control, and we are the only rescue in our area. We save the poor souls dumped on back roads, in dumpsters, and pull from shelters in neighboring Parishes when we can. Since our organization was formed in 2019, we have saved over 3,000 animals. We are a small foster-based rescue with dwindling donations and few fosters, and a big vet bill. A grant would help us tremendously in our mission.
