Izzie’s Pond serves as a vital intervention resource, providing orphaned and injured wildlife with the modern care and rehabilitation needed to help preserve the Upstate’s delicate ecosystem as it adapts to increased human development. We seek not only to respond to a growing number of animals in need, but also to reduce that number through community outreach and proactive education. We have trained hotline volunteers as well as programs that educate the public on the plight of the animals we rescue and to promote peaceful coexistence with wildlife. A tax deductible donation will help us continue to provide this vital resource to our community and to our native wildlife.
