About us
SHARP is a small, 501c3, foster based rescue in southern WV. We actively work with many surrounding rescues to help place as many unwanted pets into loving homes as possible. We accept animals from animal control and several counties around us. We are an all breed rescue focusing primarily on dogs but not exclusively.
