With the help of 500+ active volunteers, Feed it Forward Inc saves edible food from landfill by collecting and distributing to people in need. We collect from more than 150 locations which include: Woolworths, Coles and Aldi supermarkets, both Costco Wholesale Perth Airport and Casuarina, Nandos, Oasis Fresh, SecondBite, Superior Food Services, several bakeries and produce growers. A monthly average of 200 tonnes of food is collected and distributed to around 25,000 families in need and 580 community groups which include: the homeless, aged care, childcare, indigenous, soup kitchens, schools with breakfast clubs, men and women's refuges. The current cost of living hikes has also caused a huge increase in people becoming homeless and struggling to make ends meet.
