OBOR started in 2016 when we realized there was a big gap in our Dunedin community leaving animals unaided due to lack of resource, funds, people and time. We offer assistance in privately rehoming dogs,helping in hardship with food and care via our food bank resources. We work with all locals and council's to help find these precious animals new homes. We run an emergency food bank to help struggling families in times of need. 

 As advocates for all breeds incl bullbreed, we believe that all dogs deserve a chance at a home and happiness. We are a small charity who rely solely on the kindness of our supporters - in both Monetary & food supplies. 

All funds raised and donated go directly to the dogs for vet care, registration etc for the dogs in foster care.
