Everybody Eats is a not-for-profit, pay-as-you-feel dining concept that connects communities. We take food that would otherwise go to waste and turn it into restaurant quality meals. Our customers can pay whatever they like, even if it's nothing, for nutritious and freshly prepared food. We aim to be part of solving three huge problems: food waste, food poverty, and social isolation. Everybody Eats is not a soup kitchen, we provide our diners with a three-course meal served at shared tables, which encourages them to interact with our volunteers and other diners. We feed some of NZ's most vulnerable people and bring them together in a safe, welcoming space. For every $10 we receive we're able to feed an additional 2 non-paying customers with a 3 course restaurant meal. We have a proven concept that now needs to be rolled out across NZ.
