Just as every person is unique, so too is their journey with dementia and facing a dementia diagnosis can be a frightening and challenging time. No family should be left to cope with a dementia diagnosis on their own. Dementia Wellington are here to help people affected by dementia, and their supporters/carers/whānau; to be supported and informed and to navigate through their new experience in a way that works best for everyone concerned.
