Kittie Kat Rescue Inc. has been proudly operating as a registered charity with tax-deductible status since 2017. Run entirely by volunteers, 100% of all donations go directly to helping cats, from rescues and veterinary care to food, litter, bedding, and all other essential needs.

Since our founding, we have rescued over 1,000 cats and kittens from streets, pounds, and shelters across Australia, primarily in Sydney, NSW. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome all cats and kittens, providing necessary veterinary care, socialisation, and support along the way.

We take the placement of our cats seriously. Through careful questionnaires and home checks, we ensure that every cat or kitten goes to a loving, safe, indoor home. Our team now includes eight dedicated rescuers and many supportive carers who contribute to the rescue, foster, rehoming, and fundraising process. The Kittie Kat Rescue Inc. Board oversees all financial activities to ensure transparency and accountability.
