AAPS is a community-based, not-for-profit Charity. We rely entirely upon volunteers, community support and our Opportunity Shops to provide essential financial support for the Shelter as we do not receive any Government funding. We have a proven reputation of putting care before costs, just ask our animals. Each year we take in numerous amounts and species of animals, which costs us hundreds of thousands of dollars feeding, treating, and housing them whilst they are in our care. Help us with our invaluable work by donating money to de-sex, vaccinate, or microchip an animal. We have recently moved into our brand new purpose-built facility in Keysborough, which will allow us to change the lives of more animals than ever before. With bigger animals pens, grooming facilities and a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic, the AAPS's future is much bigger and brighter.
