The Yvonneka Foundation was born in 2012 for the purpose of rescuing unwanted street dogs and cats of Puerto Vallarta we have rehabilated huge numbers of dogs and cats in terrible health.
Sometimes with burns and tails broken and paws cut off and even worse.
