About us
Whispering Willows is a place to call home. WWSDS is a lifetime sanctuary providing shelter, medical care, and most of all love until the senior dog passes. The rescue specializes in end of life hospice care for seniors age 12+ that have a short time to live, allowing some to experience love for the very first time. After some seniors have been at the sanctuary, they have healed drastically with love and care. Once the seniors come to the sanctuary, they are home. They never have to leave and they stay until they pass into peace. Every single senior receives full veterinary care, medications, and love! They are never alone and never kenneled. It is a true retirement community. Whispering Willows is 100% donation based and has been entirely supported by wonderful, caring supporters. The seniors never go without and receive the love and care they should have always have had.
