The world can be a dangerous place. Our mission is to arm women with the knowledge, skills and confidence that enables them to be their own self-protectors, creating freedom and peace of mind. We do this through local chapters, led by volunteer chapter leaders and instructors, where women can gather in a safe and welcoming environment to learn vital skills, as well as network with other women. We have more than 250 chapters, 5,000 members. Our members come from all walks of life, across demographic lines and support and encourage each other in their shared journey.
