Second Chance Mushers Rescue is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization that specializes in the rescue of northern breed dogs.Second Chance Mushers Rescue is a sanctuary home as well as a foster home for northern breed dogs. We focus on training, rehabilitation, and teaching these dogs that life if full of fun and adventure.Second Chance Mushers Rescue takes in many dogs that have behavior problems putting them at risk for euthanasia. SCMR works with those dogs to overcome these behaviors and begin to live a balanced life as a sanctuary dog.
