We are a small group of rescuers with a large amount of passion for dogs and cats!!! Our Mission: To promote animal welfare though public awareness, to act as a rescue screening and placement service for animals needing foster and adoptive homes from high-kill shelters and to act as a resource for other rescues, shelters and prospective adopters.  - Founded August 2010 by founder and Chairman Libby Marquardt  - RORR is a 501(c)3 organization.  - RORR is a 100% volunteer organization.  - RORR focuses on the dogs who are the last to be adopted and saved from shelters: black    dogs, hounds and seniors.
