(PCAAP) is dedicated to advancing the cause of animal welfare and preventing animal cruelty. In addition to TNR services, we offer low cost spay/neuter services to the community at large and, lacking an animal shelter, our volunteers foster abandoned and homeless cats in their homes until they are adopted. We are an entirely volunteer organization, and a good deal of our expenses get paid out of the pockets of our volunteers. We serve a rural county that is highly prone to the dumping of unwanted animals by both locals and visitors.

We continually educate about and promote spay and neutering of cats and dogs through social media. We accept fee free donations on our website via ZEFFY.
