About us
Humane Society of West Louisiana, a volunteer-run low-kill shelter for cats and dogs based in Deridder, LA.
Our goal is to end the cycle of pet overpopulation through spaying and neutering; to educate the public about pet ownership responsibility; and to end animal abuse through education. We Serve the Following Parishes: Vernon, Beauregard, Jeff Davis, Sabine, Avoyelles, Calcasieu, Grant, LaSalle, Rapides
