About us
Loving Paws Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue located in Pharr, TX and serving the dogs of the Rio Grande Valley. We discovered countless ways to make a positive difference in the lives of owner surrendered, strays & shelter cats and dogs. We have taken in several animals and fostered them while we wait for them to be adopted. We work with different Rescues networking these innocent babies in hopes of finding loving homes for all of them.
