At Lowcountry Veterans Home, we believe no one who served this country should face homelessness alone. We operate a 15-bed, VA-partnered transitional housing program for homeless male veterans in South Carolina's Lowcountry—offering not just shelter, but a second chance.

• Provide safe, sober, and structured housing for homeless veterans

• Deliver three meals daily, hygiene supplies, and 24/7 peer support

• Offer transportation to VA medical appointments, job interviews, and housing placements

• Ensure every veteran has access to mental health care, case management, and VA benefits

• Help veterans secure permanent housing and employment through individualized support

• Our staff includes graduates of the program, offering real empathy and leadership

• We partner with the Department of Veterans Affairs and local businesses and organizations

• We track outcomes, census, and case notes daily to ensure accountability and impact

• So far this year, we have provided over 2000 safe nights for veterans

• Recent facility upgrades include new flooring, HVAC ductwork, and privacy fencing

• Our program empowers veterans to reclaim dignity, stability, and a renewed sense of purpose
