Our service is all about offering a helping hand to parents who, for whatever reason, are having trouble with the task of being a parent and need temporary guidance, support & encouragement to help them through the difficult times. Our mission is to reach out to parents in crisis situations and seek to make a difference through caring and practical support to those families. The goals we aim to accomplish are:  Ensure the safety of children  Enhance family wellness & get struggling parents back on their feet  Assist families to set up strategies & routines to enable them to go forward & cope themselves  To leave each family in a better position than when we arrived.
