Since 1936, Uni Camp for Kids has provided a dependable annual calendar of positive experiences for the most socially, emotionally, and/or financially disadvantaged children of Perth. Our mission is to impact the long-term mindset of seriously at-risk children by offering two key elements for a healthy childhood: rewarding childhood experiences, and exposure to positive role models and social interactions.

We provide 2 to 3 week-long Summer Camps and 4 day-long Picnics during the year for over 1,000 children; free of charge. Often for children in foster care arrangements, these represent the only reliable annual events of their childhood.

Through fun, team-based activities, we aim to improve the health and wellbeing of the children in our programs. But beyond this, we aim to provide a space where children feel valued, respected, and connected to the people around them, and build their self-esteem.
