Our rescue is driven by its goals - to speak for the voiceless, educate the public on the importance of spay and neuter, and to give cats the home, care, and love they deserve.KCCR specializes in, but is not limited to, the care of kittens 4+ weeks old and adult cats. Our services are provided to Burgettstown, PA and surrounding areas.Our Mission:
To give cats a better life through spay/neuter, vet care, and forever homes.
