Kaarakin Black Cockatoo Conservation Centre is a specialist wildlife in Perth, Western Australia,we are dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating injured and sick wild native black cockatoos. The 3 species of black cockatoos we care for are only found here in Western Australia and are losted as vul ervale and endangered. We are the only facility dedicated to the conservation and rehabilitation of black cockatoos in Australia.
We are heavily volunteer run with over 160 volunteers and just 3 paid staff. Our dedicated volunteers care for our animals on a daily basis, and witout them and the support and kind donations from the public we would not be able to continue to save a species
