Our Mission:
We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for domestic dogs and cats until a new home is found. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership.
Our History:
Grant County Humane Society was founded on April 13, 1998 by a group of caring individuals who saw the need to provide a safe place for homeless and lost animals to reside until new homes were found or their owners reclaimed them.
GCHS is a tax-deductible 501(c)(3) non-profit organization funded entirely by memberships, donations, grants, fundraisers, and adoption fees. We are a no-kill animal shelter.
