I was a first grade teacher in Ohio. Several years ago, one of my first grade students lost her short battle with brain cancer. While fighting this horrible disease, she asked me to promise to never let people forget her and to make the gold ribbon as popular as the pink ribbon. After she passed away I began raising awareness for Childhood Cancer and the Gold Ribbon, and started the Friends of Faith Pruden Foundation...to keep my promise. Please help me do that by supporting my 501(c)(3). 100% of proceeds go directly to our mission to support kids with cancer and their families. We help financially by paying utility bills, rent, mortgages. We also buy gifts and books for the kids and offer a college scholarship.
