Before she came to Fauna, Sue Ellen was used as a sidekick performer then dumped in a biomedical lab. Today she healing, an elderly chimpanzee at 54 years old. She receives love and specialized care to suit her every special need. Sue Ellen lives with other chimpanzees, each with their own needs.
