Dogs walk this way rescue rescues and rehabilitates abused dogs mainly from Romania but we’ve also helped lots of dogs from other countries as well as here in the U.K. We have rehomed over 2000 dogs in 5 years and have a huge volunteer base at our kennels locally in Surrey. We also have a foster base where some of our more shut down doggies will go before rehab starts. We have also fundraiser to do several spay and neuter campaigns in Romania as well as we regularly send aid (food, beds etc) out to the dogs in need. We visit Romania usually twice a year and help dogs who are due to be brutally murdered at the kill shelters and take as many as we can to get them safe. Our core team consists of 11 people who all do this on a voluntary basis and do home checks, marketing, admin, fundraising etc. At dogs walk this way every life matters
