Cultivating Community works with people facing food insecurity, social isolation, and barriers to employment, supporting them to grow food, build social connection, and to build employment pathways through cooking and horticulture.

Our social enterprise delivers high-quality garden design, build, and maintenance services. This work funds our community programs and creates paid horticulture jobs that build real skills and experience for people facing barriers to employment. We design our services with the people who use them, combining lived experience, evidence, and practical delivery to ensure our work is effective, sustainable, and delivers meaningful outcomes.
