The Victorian Farmers Federation (VFF) Disaster Relief Fund is a registered charity designed to provide direct financial assistance and practical support to Victorian farmers facing hardship, loss, or disruption due to natural disasters, such as bushfires and floods. The Fund provides immediate, "no red tape" cash grants to help farmers with urgent needs, including replacing fencing, repairing infrastructure, fodder for livestock, and essential household items.

• The DRF is available to farmers who have suffered significant loss or damage due to natural disasters.

• It works by giving directly to affected farmers, such as the 2026 bushfire response which included $1,000-$5,000 grants per impacted farmer.

• The Fund relies on donations from the public and corporations, which are 100 per cent tax-deductible. It is managed by a committee under the VFF Property Trust Board, ensuring funds are distributed based on need.
