Colorado Horse Rescue Network was established in 2014 by a group of friends in agreement that more needed done to support equine welfare if Colorado. Through advocacy, rescue and community programs we've created a program that's not only successful, but state wide. 

We've assisted more than 1500 horses, mules and donkeys to date, and through our revolutionary, no questions asked buy out program we are able to keep many horses from entering the slaughter pipeline. Through partnership with local law enforcement, other rescue and non profit organizations, and most importantly horse owners, we aim to never turn away a horse in need. CHRN vows to work only for the sake of the horse and never give money to the slaughter industry we're working to end!
