Snip and Tip is a Killeen, Texas based nonprofit spay and neuter assist program for community cats through TNR (Trap Neuter Return.) In the first six months of 2021, Snip and Tip has spayed/neutered over 780 community cats. TNR is the most humane way to improve the lives of stray and feral cats in the community. Snip and Tip also supports individuals in the community who need assistance with their own TNR efforts.
