HHH RESCUE aka Happy Horse Haven is an ALL VOLUNTEER 501c3 Non Profit saving lives since 2005!  Located on 139.33 acres in Goldthwaite, Texas we rescue, rehab & re-home animals to forever families under adoption contract.   We require annual photos & stories which we post on face book & our web sites to encourage others to KEEP their animal's SAFE as a member of the family for LIFE!   Upon arrival to the rescue, each equine is quarantined for 30-45 days during which time various evaluations are performed to include a health & performance check when appropriate.    Among a few of our more difficult cases, we have successfully assisted in facilitating, through donor & veterinary support, CANCER REMOVAL from a mares eye, a POA pony's hind area, and a donkeys leg.  Our end goal is to help each equine HEAL both mentally and physically so that they can be MATCHED with loving, caring adopters!  Our eldest sanctuary animal is a 35+ yo donkey & a 30+ yo hinny.  We average over 100 equine, but assist an assortment of horses, ponies, minis, donkeys, as well as occasional cats, dogs, even roosters and ducks etc, to be re-homed and out of danger, harm, neglect or abuse.  100% of ALL DONATIONS go to HELP the animals!  paypal.me/HappyHorseHaven501c3    Founder: shari frederick.com healthyhorsehints.com
