We provide facilities for the care and rehabilitation of homeless domestic animals; we foster and encourage by education and example the kind and humane treatment of animals and to prevent and discourage cruelty to and harsh and thoughtless treatment of animals; The education of the public on all matters concerning the conservation,care, safety, behaviour and welfare needs of domestic animals; Re-home lost, abandoned,owner surrendered animals and provide facilities for the care and rehabilitation of homeless domestic animals; Help with training of owned and to be re-homed animals that have behavioural problems,we build kennels,cages or pens: Help fence foster homes and homes that we rehome dogs to: Help our community with their dogs e.g. vet bills from dog attacks and on going treatment of community dogs, bathing wounds and educating owners on animal health and needs: Help 'All for Heart' community group in Kawakawa with dog food for the community food bank. Plan to: Fund-raise to provide a neutering programme in our low socioeconomic communities, and provide a flea and worm treatment and bathing dogs on a 6 week roster. Educate in local schools and educate the children how to care for and look after your pets. People should donate because we have no funding and there is a great need in the far north.
