Snowy Mountains Wildlife Rescue LAOKO (Looking After Our Kosciuszko Orphans) is a non profit organisation (100% volunteer run) based in the Snowy Mountains region of NSW.
We rescue injured / orphaned wildlife that are then cared for and rehabilitated, ready for release back in to their natural habitat.
LAOKO relies on the kind generosity of the public for donations, combined with fundraising efforts as we are not funded by recurrent government funding or other groups.
Our running costs are dedicated to the animals, consisting of specialised marsupial milk, vet treatments, equipment, medications and products for our Wombat Mange Treatment Program.

Without public support we are unable to provide vital care to Australia's iconic wildlife.
