Queensland has around 12,000 children aged 0 to 17 in crisis or out-of-home care. Many have nothing but the clothes they are wearing when leaving an unsafe situation. 💕 Care Kits for Kids Qld Inc. provides free Care Kits to these vulnerable children.  💕 Care Kits are distributed via Police Child Protection Units, Qld Child Safety, Foster and Kinship Care agencies,  Indigenous assistance services, Domestic & Family Violence services and other services helping children in need.💕 Each Care Kit provides supplies for a few days: backpacks expertly packed with new clothing, toiletries, educational supplies, books and toys, accompanied by a handcrafted quilt or wrap. 💕 Each Care Kit gives practical comfort to a traumatised child. 💕 Each Care Kits brings a message of hope, that all children matter and their community cares.  💕 All funding and donations go towards provision of our Care Kits.
