Weipa Community Care Association Inc. aims to create a space where community members across generations can come together to meet, share and learn in a way that enhances their social, mental and physical health. Our objectives are to foster the development of community groups, provide information and referrals, develop and facilitate practical and emotional social networks while promoting community spirit in Weipa and surrounding areas. As a non for profit organisation we are also committed to developing collaborative and effective partnerships with Napranum and Mapoon community, NGO’s and other agencies, government and businesses. We are all extremely passionate about offering the community important and valuable services, resources, events and support.
