Warriors SOAR is a non-profit aimed to assist in the healing and reintegration of wounded veterans through Support, Outreach, Assistance, and Recovery.The organization was founded by Major Shannon Blake who, while going through his own recovery, realized that he made the most progress when he was surrounded with other veterans. Wounded veteran reintegration is the process of helping injured or disabled veterans return to civilian life after serving in the military. It involves providing physical, psychological, and social support to help them transition successfully into their new roles as civilians. The reintegration process can be challenging for wounded veterans, especially if they have physical disabilities or mental health issues resulting from their military service.
