The Victoria Park Centre for the Arts (VPCA) is a community initiative for arts, culture and creativity, serving the Town of Victoria Park since 1994. The Arts Centre is an independent member based community initiative in the Parth metropolitan region, 5 kilometres south of Perth CBD. We encourage, stimulate and promote local arts and cultural activities for established and emerging artists of all persuasions. We are an integral part of the Town’s art scene. Since 2004, VPCA has implemented and maintained Create Connect, a dedicated art studio, and music programme for artists working with disabilities. We rely on the support of our volunteers, and members with limited paid staff overseeing over 1000 events a year.
